We're Stealth Coffee Lab. We roast in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and we like coffee. Stealth Coffee Lab started from the belief that you don't have to be a serious coffee nerd to enjoy great coffee. We're definitely coffee-obsessed ourselves, but you don't have to be!

Coffee is a fascinating mix of agricultural and industrial processes. Much like wine, the varietals and terroir are massive factors in determining what the end result will taste like. Our job as roasters is to select green coffee that aligns with our flavor goals, and then finely tune our roasting process to that particular coffee in order to get the most out of it possible.

Some of our offerings are experimental single-origin microlots. These are really fun to explore, and (for better or worse) they may have flavors that you can't exactly match once they're gone. Other offerings - like our signature Levity blend - are always on hand so you can get the same great coffee all the time. Either way, our goal is to help you bring out the best in coffee everytime you reach for a cup.
