Levity

Our house blend, designed to spark a sense of lightness and cheerfulness in the early mornings. The flavor profile is citrus-forward with grapefruit and apricot coming through strongest, and just a touch of lilac. It's bright without being sharp and sweet without being syrupy. We find it works best brewed for pourover; espresso can also be delicious but differences in bean sizes can make dialing in a challenge.

Our blend is designed for drinking every day without exhausting your palette, and this one is built so that no single component gets to be the main character. The Ethiopian brings the flowers, the Guatemalan brings the fruit and the backbone, and a semi-washed Brazil rounds the edges and brings up the sweetness.
