Our house blend designed to bring warmth, weight, and deep sweetness to your routine. The profile is centered around caramelized sugars - dark chocolate leads from the first sip but mellows out quickly to a sweeter caramel flavor. A touch of bright fruit balances out the cup but this one sits firmly on the richer, more traditional coffee profile. Perfect for a full-bodied, thick, syrupy espresso or classic drip brew.

A washed lot from Huehuetenango, Guatemala leads the blend with a rich caramel notes. Its backed up by backed up by a high-elevation washed Colombian from Tolima and a semi-washed Brazil that double down on the sweetness and enhance the velvety body. A touch of our Costa Rican Tarrazú with an anaerobic fermentation keeps the flavors from becoming muted and add a rich fruit hint.
